In-Person Meeting, Thursday, December 1, 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. PT (Zoom), followed by a Happy Hour hosted by Harmless Harvest


Join us at the Harmless Harvest offices for an in-person meeting of our CEO & Founders Forum. Our December meeting will focus on reflection & goal setting. Executive coach, Jonathan Hoyt, will facilitate our interactive session and lead us through the exercise. Stay after the session to network and connect for a happy hour hosted by CEO Ben Mand and the Harmless Harvest team.

    Jonathan Hoyt is a trusted advisor and executive coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jonathan coaches CEOs and other executives who are taking on expanded responsibilities or new challenges, and who seek to scale their impact. He combines a keen understanding of strategic and organizational challenges with a supportive presence that helps leaders identify the external and internal blocks to the results they seek. He works with leaders to identify and practice behaviors and mindsets that can expand their capabilities over time. Jonathan also designs and facilitates executive team workshops.

    Jonathan often uses 360-degree assessments as well as the Hogan suite of personality assessments to help leaders increase their self-awareness and chart a path to higher impact. He’s taught dozens of workshops on leadership and management topics and leverages this understanding of leadership behaviors to help clients succeed.
     
    Jonathan has worked with the leaders of rapidly growing technology companies, executives at established global companies, and leaders in the nonprofit sector. His coaching and advisory work is informed by having served as an HR leader for 5 years, where he helped enable results by creating positive, accountable, and inclusive team cultures and led leadership and talent management initiatives.
     
    Jonathan earned an MBA from Stanford and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Yale. He was certified by New Ventures West in Integral Coaching. Jonathan is also a facilitator with the Mankind Project, a global non-profit that conducts challenging and highly rewarding education programs for men at every stage of life.
