Meghan is a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine with a practice that focuses primarily on supply chain commercial contracts. She provides counselling and related contract review and negotiation for manufacturing, distribution, co-packing, warehouse, 3PL/fulfillment, broker, supply and reseller agreements (among others) with a focus on the food and beverage industry. She also provides counseling and guidance on MAP policies.
