    Jen Berliner is the Head of Marketing, Sales and Ecommerce of Patagonia Provisions. She’s passionate about creating behavior change that makes people and the planet healthier.

    Prior to Patagonia Provisions, Berliner was the CEO of Medlie, a leading fresh vegetable snacking platform incubated by Sonoma Brands. Berliner joined Medlie (formerly ZÜPA NOMA) in late 2016 from PepsiCo, bringing strong experience in growth strategy, insights-driven innovation, and channel and customer specific marketing programs. During her time at PepsiCo, she grew Mug Root Beer, Manzanita Sol, and SoBe; commercialized multiple “better for you” Foodservice innovations, and led Shopper Marketing at top retailers for three of PepsiCo’s $1.5B+ food & beverage portfolios.

    Before joining PepsiCo, Berliner developed integrated marketing campaigns at GMMB, a communications strategy firm in Washington, D.C. She has also consulted for Google Food, where she led qualitative research into employee eating habits and provided recommendations implemented at the corporate level to improve food choices. Berliner earned a B.A. in Political Science and French from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Throughout her years working within food companies like Hot Bread Kitchen, FarmBox, and Good Eggs, she found the most joy in discovering small emerging brands and helping them grow. When she isn't focused on trying the latest innovative ready-to-drink beverage, she spends time baking and thinking about ways to increase representation and diversity in the food world.

    Meet Oluwatobiloba (Tobi), a successful merchandising professional with over 7 years of experience in category management. With a degree in finance from the University of South Florida, Tobi began her career as a merchandise planner at the Home Depot, working on forecasting and analyzing sales trends to optimize assortment. She quickly moved up the ranks and transitioned into the role of Sr. Analyst Merchandising Execution, where she managed the implementation of merchandising strategies across various stores.

    With a passion for e-commerce and an omni channel experience, Tobi made a bold move to focus on digital merchandising. She honed her skills in online merchandising and content strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to drive sales growth. Her expertise in e-commerce eventually led to her promotion to the role of category manager, where she oversees the strategy and execution of multiple product categories at Albertsons.

    Throughout her career, Tobi has developed an eye for emerging and innovative brands, always staying ahead of the curve and bringing fresh ideas to the table. She has a keen sense of market trends and consumer behavior, enabling her to make informed decisions on product assortment.

    When Tobi is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places through travel. She believes that experiencing different cultures and perspectives is essential to her personal and professional growth.
