Benji Fitts has worked in the natural foods industry for over 13 years, working in sales, marketing, project management and data analytics. He started his career at Twin Oaks Tofu, a worker-owned cooperative, then spent 7 years working in a variety of roles at the store, regional, and global levels at Whole Foods Market. In 2019 Benji came to SPINS as a Retail Client Insights Manager for Lucky’s Market, and in 2020 transitioned to consulting with CPG brands on the SPINS Client Growth Solutions team.
Benji resides in Corrales, NM – the horse capitol of New Mexico – and enjoys spending time mountain biking, repeatedly dying in Elden Ring, and cooking pepperoni pizza in his Ooni oven with his five-year-old son, West.
