From my first job in a bakery at the age of 14, I was hooked on working in the food industry and the people in the service industry.   At Firebrand we wanted to also find ways to provide opportunities to great people who just needed, in some cases, a first chance when exiting incarceration.  We wanted to exemplify how I always thought employees should be treated in
the service industry and truly be a “mission with a bakery.”
